What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, company, country, email, and the message you write. If you attach a file, we receive the file. That is the full extent of what we collect.
We do not place advertising cookies. We do not run third-party trackers. We do not profile visitors.
Why we collect it
So we can reply to your message. If you ask us to send a brief or a sample, we use the contact details to do exactly that, nothing more.
We do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask. We do not share your details with marketing partners.
Where it goes
Your message is delivered to our email inbox and to our internal task board. If a brief moves forward, it may be shared with the manufacturing partner responsible for that category, on a need-to-know basis only.
We use Netlify to host this site. Their servers may log standard request data (IP, user agent) for security purposes. We do not have access to that data through any analytics tool.
How long we keep it
If we end up working together, the data lives as long as the project does, and is archived for record-keeping afterwards. If we do not, we delete it within 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will answer within 14 days. We do not charge for these requests.

Send any privacy question to the address listed on our contact section. The same person who handles your brief handles this.
If something here is unclear, that is our fault, not yours. Write to us and we will rewrite it.
