We design and assemble Chinese cultural collections for events outside China — the setting, the objects and the hands-on activity — and we supply those objects from our makers in China. We are not a factory, and we are not an events agency.

Two places. The China side sits inside a craft region in Zhejiang, close to the workshops. The Europe side sits in France, close to the venues. We work with hosts across Europe, North America and the Gulf.

For most categories we can start at small pilot runs (a few hundred units) so you can test a market before scaling. Final MOQs depend on the product and material.

Yes. The most briefs we receive start as one sentence or one rough drawing. Our first step is to listen, then to translate that into materials, dimensions, finishes and a sample.

You do, in full, once the design fee is settled. We sign an IP assignment before the first sample is made. After that, you may register it in any jurisdiction you choose.

A first sample typically takes 3 to 6 weeks from a signed brief. Production then takes a further 5 to 7 weeks, depending on material and finish. We share a written timeline before you commit.

Of course. We encourage client visits, especially before the first production run. We will arrange travel, factory access and translation.

We produce a paid first sample so you can see, touch and test before committing to production. Sample fees are quoted up front, are non-refundable, and are credited against your first production order — for multi-origin sets we cap the fee per project in writing.

We quote against an approved sample. Pricing depends on material, finish, quantity and packaging. We share a transparent breakdown — material, labour, overhead, freight — with every quote.

Standard terms: 50% deposit to start production, balance paid in full before shipment, by T/T bank transfer. PayPal is accepted for first orders under US$1,000 only. The deposit is non-refundable once production has started. Title to the goods stays with us until the balance is paid; we store finished goods free for 14 days after the balance falls due, charge storage after that, and treat an order unpaid for more than 60 days as cancelled. More flexible terms can be discussed once we have worked together.

We export worldwide. Freight terms can be EXW, FOB or DDP depending on your preference and the destination.

Yes. There are two of us — one on the China side, one on the Europe side — and the person who answers your first email is the person who sees your shipment off.
